The objective of ANNIKA Team is to give promising young girls access to Annika and her personal team to help guide the start of their professional careers. Annika contributes her knowledge, team of coaches, facilities, advisers and education through her experienced network to tomorrow’s young stars.

Through the creation of the ANNIKA Team, Anna Nordqvist and Pernilla Lindberg gained the necessary resources to help develop their professional careers.

At the time of ANNIKA Team’s inception, Annika said to Randall Mell of the Golf Channel, “When you become a professional, you are on your own and it isn’t always easy. I remember what it was like and all the adjustments that were needed. I made mistakes that I could have avoided with some help. These girls are selected because they are talented players, but also good people. We hope to help get them to the next level.”
