You may also choose to allocate all or a portion of your gift to a specific area of impact, including programs that promote healthy, active lifestyles and junior golf programs. Additionally, unrestricted gifts to the ANNIKA Foundation give us the flexibility to meet the highest priorities throughout the year.
Workplace and Matching Gifts
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. If your company matches charitable contributions, request a matching gift form from your employer, complete the form and enclose with your gift. If you’re donating online, please mail the form separately to the address above.
